Even as children, one of the most exhilarating activities was launching homemade paper airplanes. Each of us would craft our own, and some planes flew impressively far while others didn't, but regardless, it was a delightful and captivating pastime. We could spend hours immersed in this simple pleasure, and even the most inventive among us added enhancements like tails, fenders, and other features inspired by real aircraft. Naturally, these modifications didn’t extend the flight time—in fact, they often slowed the planes down—but they never dampened our enthusiasm. It would be wonderful to revisit those days and once again send a paper airplane on a thrilling flight through the sky.
